You will be evicted by our 24/7 security service and charged this service if you do not comply with our rules and quiet time rules (10pm to 8am).

Bookings accepted for 26 years and over and have reviews from previous hosts, no events or additional unregistered guests, strictly no smoking and no pets allowed (assistance dogs are exempt).

PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 bedrooms (one king bed and two queen beds), 1 bedroom with two double bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out single trundle bed underneath.
The five bedrooms accommodates 12 guests plus the additional sofa bed in the downstairs TV room for two people, making it a total of 14 guests.

We have taken the time in our Guest Manual to include our personal recommendations to make your stay feel like you have tapped into the 'local knowledge' of the area.

We have collaborated with our cleaning and laundry team who follow our strict guidelines to make sure the cleaning of the home and linen is of a high standard and disinfect between stays so you can rest assured you will have a clean, worry-free stay.

We are contactable via text or mobile on our Airbnb listing.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
CHECK-IN TIME: 3 pm onwards and we encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10am
We do not accept bookings on behalf of other people (e.g. your children).
We do not allow pets, smoking or vaping at the property or visitors to stay overnight.

PARKING: There is a garage, driveway and a separate single car parking bay available.
