For the ultimate OC vacation, let your family experience Gateway Grand 1110. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with decorator furnishings and breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. The floor plan gives you stunning views of the ocean from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large serving island will allow ample space for dining in. This condo can accommodate your family of 11 if using the ottoman. Bed sizes include a king in the master, a queen in bedroom 2, a pyramid bunk with a trundle in bedroom 3 (1full & 2S) and an ottoman that opens to a single cot and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The owner provides sheets and towels and there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Also featured are tvs in the living area and each bedroom and WIFI. The owner also gives access to their storage locker and includes use of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Guests only supplies their soap and paper products.
The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and Game room for the kids.
The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
