Bluewater Bungalow, a charming 5-bedroom stylish cottage, nestled between Grand Bend & Bayfield. Built in 2023, this spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms - 3 king-size beds, 1 queen, 2 double-beds, 3 full bathrooms, games room, just a 2 minute walk to the shores of Lake Huron. We offer keyless entry for hassle free arrivals.
Step inside and be greeted by the custom-built interiors, carefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open concept living area is ideal for families to gather and relax around the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with 2 dishwashers. There is another full size fridge in the laundry room.
There is a pack and play and booster seat for toddlers. In the games room there is a ping pong table, foosball table, board games and books to enjoy.
The exterior boasts a very large deck with comfortable patio furniture, dining area, Blackstone Grill and a 2 person hot tub adjacent from the Master Bedroom. There is a fire pit with 8 Muskoka Chairs and the yard is completely treed for privacy.
This is an ideal property for families to enjoy all the amenities on offer.
