With parking right outside and access from both sidesâincluding a large sliding door directly in front of the studioâthis property is thoughtfully designed for ease of access, including wheelchair accessibility throughout.
The studio features spacious rooms and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with modern Fisher & Paykel appliances, a large kitchen island, and wooden flooring. The kitchen is positioned centrally within the space, with bedrooms located on either side for added privacy and convenienceâall while showcasing stunning mountain views.
Separated by large sliding doors, each bedroom is designed with stylish wooden detailing, flat-screen TVs in Art Mode (displaying artwork when not in use), and ample storage. Both rooms include comfortable couches for relaxation. One bedroom features a super-king sized bed with an innovative single bed above it, while the other includes a super-king sized bed. Elegant boucle headboards and bedside tables with lamps complete the look, blending functionality with sophistication.
For added luxury, each bedroom has its own bathroom, both equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin.
For your convenience, a dedicated laundry facility is also available.
Outside, youâll find a shared area with a large SPA, which is set at swimming pool temperature in Summer and seatingâan idyllic spot to unwind after a day exploring Wanakaâs natural beauty.

OUR STRICT RULES:
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
No smoking inside the property:
Smokingâincluding the use of any recreational drugsâis strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.
Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.
BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
