Ideal for large families, group getaways, or business travelers, this property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and welcomes your furry friends too!

Guests have full, private access to the entire main and upper floors of the home—including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry, garage, backyard, and patio.
You'll also have access to a attached garage (2 spots in the garage, 2 spots on the parking pad, and additional street parking if required)—plenty of space for the whole crew!
Please note: The lower levels of the home operate as a separate short term rental. While it’s completely closed off from your space, you may occasionally hear quiet sounds from the unit below.

2. Verify Government-Issued ID
A secure, one-time process to confirm guest identity and protect our homes and community.
3. Choose Your Damage Protection Option
Please select one:
• $50 CAD Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – Covers up to $700 CAD in accidental damage
• $700 CAD Refundable Security Deposit – Pre-authorized 2 days before check-in, refunded 5 days after checkout (2% processing fee deducted)
🔐 We are an API-connected Vrbo host, and in accordance with Vrbo’s Terms of Service, we may implement “offline fees” such as a security deposit or damage waiver outside of the platform. These are securely processed via our guest portal.
