- This property is equipped with a whole-house generator that automatically turns on during a power outage and continues running until power is restored. There's no need for guests to take any action — it's fully automatic. Please note this is not a portable generator and does not require setup, fueling, or manual operation
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is mounted under the eaves facing the driveway, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the propane cylinder. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras will be turned off and will not record video or sound while guests are in residence
- The indoor temperature is set at 68 degrees in the fall, winter, and spring, and is not adjustable by guests. Guests who would like a higher ambient temperature can use the wood stove, but must provide their own wood, which can be purchased at the grocery store 3 miles away
