Welcome to our apartment in the heart of Nice,
Located on the second floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with comfortable double bed and closet , a bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room with sofa bed and TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

Access

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood

Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 500m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the public parking called “Masséna”.

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
