Underbart fin lägenhet på 76m2 i ett vackert Art Deco palats och som ligger mitt i centrala Nice. Närheten till butiker, restauranger, museum och Promenade des Anglais, gör att det är den perfekta semesterlägenheten. Trots att lägenheten ligger mitt i city så är detta ett lugnt område. Det finns också matbutik, bageri och apotek precis i närheten. Lägenheten är vackert och personligt inredd och mycket hemtrevlig!
Från den fina balkongen har du härlig utsikt över Nice och bergen som omringar staden. Där finns det ett matbord med plats för 4 personer och även ett litet cafébord med två stolar.
Hela lägenheten har AC i alla rum förutom salongen.
Det finns 2 stora sovrum. Sovrum 1 har en queen-size bed (160x200cm), en byrå. Från rummet har man direkt utgången till den mysiga balkongen.
Sovrum 2 har en dubbelsäng (140x190cm), en stor garderob och skrivbord.
Det finns 1 badrum med badkar och toalett och det finns även en separat toalett.
Köket är stort och välutrustat där det finns allt man kan behöva. Där finns bland annat diskmaskin, ugn, micro-ugn och Nespresso-maskin.
Vardagsrummet är stort och luftigt med en matsalsdel där det finns matbord/stolar med plats för 4 personer. I salongen finns också en soffgrupp och TV. Härifrån kommer man direkt ut på balkongen.

Lovely apartment!

Fantastic apartment on top floor. We have nothing bad to say about it other than one the beds being on the smaller side. This was expeced though, based on the description. We'd love to come back!

1st time in nice

Overall this is a great place to stay in Nice. Malin was great all through the process and the communication was great. The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed - including some plastic containers for some cheese and meat we didn’t finnish one night. Location was also perfect. The only downside was having to put the garbage out early in the morning before our flight and having to unlock 2 gates in the dark to get to the garbage bins. I still recommend this apartment.

Charming French decor

Everything was perfect for our stay. Malin met us out front as we arrived. The apartment is charming and is fully stocked with everything equipment wise you need to cook meals. Sitting on the balcony having morning coffee and afternoon wine was so relaxing. The neighborhood is very pretty, safe and convenient. Checking out with Malin was a breeze and we hated to leave

A gem in the middle of Nice

We had a comfortable stay for two weeks at this charming apartment, close to the old town, the sea and the train station, with a great view from the balcony. All mod cons, a great kitchen and comfortable bed makes this a great choice. The hostess met us as we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. We had a truly great experience !!!

Beautiful home, perfect location

Perfect location halfway between the railway station and the seafront, and far enough from the old town to not be overwhelmed by the trappings of tourism. We visited Nice to coincide with the Tour de France, renting a car to enjoy the penultimate stage in the mountains and then stayed locally for the final stage that ended in the centre of Nice. The apartment was perfect - two comfortable double rooms, a very well equipped modern kitchen and a balcony that’s great for breakfast.

Nice apartment!

We spent 6 nights here in order to do some cycling. The apartment is in a great location to take advantage of the waterfront, and restaurants etc. , but it is also quite quiet. The apartment is clean and well equiped. Malin is quick to respond to questions. I would definately recommend this place to anyone going to Nice

Nice in Nice

Malin is lovely to work with. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, air conditioner and elevator to get to the top floor unit. Location was ideal for our family and itinerary, which was to just relax and do whatever sounded fun that day. 10 minute walk to the train station or to the Promenade/beach, many sidewalk bistro restaurants in a 10 minute radius, multiple bus stops around the block. Thank you Malin for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Well Located Apartment in Central Nice

We stayed in this lovely property for 22 nights in May 2024. The apartment was very quiet (top floor), spacious and airy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The terrace had a nice view and was great for dining. The apartment was well located in the Carre d’Or, just off Blvd Victor Hugo. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and the Promenade des Anglais is a 7 minute walk south. The train station is a 12 minute walk north, and the downtown is 10-15 minutes east. The property manager, Malin was lovely. She was easy to communicate with, was there when we arrived, stayed in touch, and provided very helpful orientation and ideas for our visit. We would unhesitatingly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay longer term in Nice. Ron and Barb from Calgary Canada

lovely apartment, great location

this is a lovely apartment with a beautiful usable terrace to sit in the afternoon sun. the location is excellent, far enough out of the hustle with good restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the only criticism is that the shower over the bath is a little challenging.

Superbe!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille ici! Malin est venu nous accueillir a notre arrivée et à notre départ. Quartier super tranquille mais à proximité de la promenade des anglais et du vieux nice Parking à quelques minutes de marche (grimaldi à 140 euro pour 7 jours) Appartement très propre avec lits comfortables. Il y avait un lit de bebe et una chaise haute!! Une salle de bain complète et une salle d'eau (très pratique pour 3 adultes) Il y a un lift pour se rendre au 6ieme et dernier étage (2 personnes max! Et assurez vous davoir une petite poussette pliable) très pratique pour nos bagages. Prêt de la gare de train de ville nice et à proximité de multiples restos Un séjour inoubliable!

Very Nice apartment centrally located, close to everything 👍

A very good experience with a very good host in Malin who meet us upon arrival with all the information we needed. Fantastic breakfast restaurant 1 min from apartment and restaurants close by. 3 min to beach / promenade de Anglais and old city 10 min walk away, several gyms and grocery shops around the corner. French style apartment and very well equipped. Good AC and Wi-Fi worked very well, thank you for a good stay 😊

Ironman in Nice

My husband was competing in Ironman Nice. We stayed in this cozy apartment for 10 days. We especially loved the central location, which was close to shops and fabulous restaurants. Close to tramway and train station too. The two balconies were a plus. We drank our coffee while enjoying the view. Super easy check in process and a very accommodating property manager. Highly recommend.

Very good experience

We had a very good stay at the apartment. It was closer to all the amenities and the beach. Most important and the best experience from the start to the end was with Malin. She was at the apartment to receive us and explain us everything and came to say goodbye on the day of our check out. We will definitely contact Malin the next time we visit Nice. Wonderful Nice location, and accommodations. We'll definitely be back!

This place has it all. Malin (property manager) greeted us at the front doors of the building. Took her time explaining how everything worked throughout the unit which was really helpful. She was very thorough, and made sure we were comfortable with the inner-workings of the unit before she left. The 6th floor unit with lift is fantastic. Situated between the train station and the Promenade des Anglais, it the best of both worlds of how the locals live, and close enough to all things touristy. 3-4 blocks from a pedestrian district Rue De France, which is full of coffee shops, retail, restaurants, and bars. 8-10 minute walk to Vieux Nice. The unit is clean, and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, windows in the bedroom have automatic blinds, kitchen is well stocked, even has a washing machine. We ate in a couple times and sat on the patio overlooking a very peaceful park. Patio has automatic awnings/sun shades that give you relief from the setting sun. Parking Grimaldi is very close. Malin knew of a few other car parks as well. Start to finish one, if not the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! -Cheers

Incredible place to stay in Nice

We had the most wonderful stay here during our time in Nice. Plenty of space for two couples, beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood, incredible location. Malin was very kind and responsive, and generously allowed us to check in a few hours early. We would absolutely stay again.
