Underbart fin lÀgenhet pÄ 76m2 i ett vackert Art Deco palats och som ligger mitt i centrala Nice. NÀrheten till butiker, restauranger, museum och Promenade des Anglais, gör att det Àr den perfekta semesterlÀgenheten. Trots att lÀgenheten ligger mitt i city sÄ Àr detta ett lugnt omrÄde. Det finns ocksÄ matbutik, bageri och apotek precis i nÀrheten. LÀgenheten Àr vackert och personligt inredd och mycket hemtrevlig!
FrÄn den fina balkongen har du hÀrlig utsikt över Nice och bergen som omringar staden. DÀr finns det ett matbord med plats för 4 personer och Àven ett litet cafébord med tvÄ stolar.
Hela lÀgenheten har AC i alla rum förutom salongen.
Det finns 2 stora sovrum. Sovrum 1 har en queen-size bed (160x200cm), en byrÄ. FrÄn rummet har man direkt utgÄngen till den mysiga balkongen.
Sovrum 2 har en dubbelsÀng (140x190cm), en stor garderob och skrivbord.
Det finns 1 badrum med badkar och toalett och det finns Àven en separat toalett.

A really great place in perfect location for us. Close enough to the Beach, yet quiet enough to make us happy. Our Host went above and beyond for us and really made the stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again the next time we are in Nice.

Beautiful apartment in a standout historic building in an excellent location. A few minutes from the beach with restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a supermarket. Great views from the balcony which is perfect for a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. Everything you need in the kitchen and all high quality appliances.

My sister and I stayed four nights in this lovely apartment. I don’t exaggerate when I say we would quite happily have moved right in. The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable, we felt immediately at home. We made the most of the gorgeous balcony and the location. Malin and her partner were welcoming and generous. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Great peaceful stay in Nice

I had a great time here, the host, Malin was very accommodating and friendly! The property was neat and I really enjoy sitting on the balcony during my stay. The apartment was also packed with kitchen utilities if you are into cooking.

Very nice and well-equipped apartment! Close to restaurants, markets, and beach yet far enough away from the really touristy spots. Perfect for a family or just a couple that appreciates some extra space.

We spent a week at this lovely apartment and cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was SO COMFORTABLE! The open space with an incredible balcony (and 1 1/2 baths!) made us feel at home. We ate every breakfast and many dinners on the balcony, watching lovely sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen had more available than we needed, including beautiful dish sets, a vast array of pots and pans, and all the comforts of home. Malin was great with communication. With 2 bedrooms and so much open space, it would be great for 2 couples or people with children. We LOVED it!

Incredible place to stay in Nice

We had the most wonderful stay here during our time in Nice. Plenty of space for two couples, beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood, incredible location. Malin was very kind and responsive, and generously allowed us to check in a few hours early. We would absolutely stay again.

A gem in the middle of Nice

We had a comfortable stay for two weeks at this charming apartment, close to the old town, the sea and the train station, with a great view from the balcony. All mod cons, a great kitchen and comfortable bed makes this a great choice. The hostess met us as we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. We had a truly great experience !!!

lovely apartment, great location

this is a lovely apartment with a beautiful usable terrace to sit in the afternoon sun. the location is excellent, far enough out of the hustle with good restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the only criticism is that the shower over the bath is a little challenging.

Charming French decor

Everything was perfect for our stay. Malin met us out front as we arrived. The apartment is charming and is fully stocked with everything equipment wise you need to cook meals. Sitting on the balcony having morning coffee and afternoon wine was so relaxing. The neighborhood is very pretty, safe and convenient. Checking out with Malin was a breeze and we hated to leave

Beautiful home, perfect location

Perfect location halfway between the railway station and the seafront, and far enough from the old town to not be overwhelmed by the trappings of tourism. We visited Nice to coincide with the Tour de France, renting a car to enjoy the penultimate stage in the mountains and then stayed locally for the final stage that ended in the centre of Nice. The apartment was perfect - two comfortable double rooms, a very well equipped modern kitchen and a balcony that’s great for breakfast.

Amazing apartment in the Cote d’Azur

The location was great with access to grocery store, patisserie,, restaurants. The Mediterranean Sea was only blocks away, the old town a 15 minute walk. The apartments overlooked a park and was high enough to enjoy the night sky. The property was well stocked with basic necessities.

Nice apartment!

We spent 6 nights here in order to do some cycling. The apartment is in a great location to take advantage of the waterfront, and restaurants etc. , but it is also quite quiet. The apartment is clean and well equiped. Malin is quick to respond to questions. I would definately recommend this place to anyone going to Nice

This top-floor apartment is the definition of elegance
 with modern kitchen and bathroom (that has toilette), glorious views from living-room and the larger bedroom, clothes washing machine, and a separate toilette in the hallway. The building is magnificent. The neighborhood quiet and pretty. Malin, the property manager, is gracious and thoughtful. My friend Sharon and I were visiting dear friends and their dog who have recently moved to Nice. Many thanks to Malin and the owners of this swanky place where we were surrounded by charm and comfort. I wish everyone excellent health and happiness. Nice in Nice

Malin is lovely to work with. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, air conditioner and elevator to get to the top floor unit. Location was ideal for our family and itinerary, which was to just relax and do whatever sounded fun that day. 10 minute walk to the train station or to the Promenade/beach, many sidewalk bistro restaurants in a 10 minute radius, multiple bus stops around the block. Thank you Malin for a wonderful stay!

Very Nice apartment centrally located, close to everything 👍

A very good experience with a very good host in Malin who meet us upon arrival with all the information we needed. Fantastic breakfast restaurant 1 min from apartment and restaurants close by. 3 min to beach / promenade de Anglais and old city 10 min walk away, several gyms and grocery shops around the corner. French style apartment and very well equipped. Good AC and Wi-Fi worked very well, thank you for a good stay 😊

Ironman in Nice

My husband was competing in Ironman Nice. We stayed in this cozy apartment for 10 days. We especially loved the central location, which was close to shops and fabulous restaurants. Close to tramway and train station too. The two balconies were a plus. We drank our coffee while enjoying the view. Super easy check in process and a very accommodating property manager. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment on top floor. We have nothing bad to say about it other than one the beds being on the smaller side. This was expeced though, based on the description. We'd love to come back!

1st time in nice

Overall this is a great place to stay in Nice. Malin was great all through the process and the communication was great. The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed - including some plastic containers for some cheese and meat we didn’t finnish one night. Location was also perfect. The only downside was having to put the garbage out early in the morning before our flight and having to unlock 2 gates in the dark to get to the garbage bins. I still recommend this apartment.
