The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a 60" LG Smart TV with a Chromecast device attached at the back, allowing you to stream content directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can access your own Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming accounts. Please note that we don’t provide subscriptions to these platforms, so you’ll need to use your own logins. The TV also offers access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage provides parking spaces for two cars. For additional parking, there is an open public paid parking in front of the complex - Note the entrance to the car park is from Bowes Street, just before you turn into 15 Bowes Street. Look for the driveway on the left-hand side if you're coming from Hindmarsh Drive.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, gym, pool and common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay. To access the amenities from the unit, take the hallway path to the right before reaching the elevators. The gym uses the air key for entry, and the pool, courtyard, and BBQ are through the door at the end of the hallway.
Pool and BBQ 6am-10pm. Gym 24H.
All in level 5, Same level as unit.
