About this property

Cozy vacation home with views of mountains & lakes; in the middle of the ski area

Built in 2011, located in a dead end, modern designed holiday home with bright rooms, has a living area with a rotatable stove and a second television or Reading area. From all areas of the house one looks at wooded mountains, two large lakes and the small village Vradal

600 m high, plot 1200 sqm. Family friendly cottage with well equipped kitchen, large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Flat screen with German and Norwegian programs. Washing machine . Large outdoor terrace around the house of over 90 square meters and several seats.

Natural bathing at Nisser and Vravatan, from sandy beaches to rocky cliffs. Hiking possibilities directly from the house on numerous signposted trails, so that you can quickly reach the undisturbed wilderness of Norway up to 1000 m altitude. Approximately 80 km of designated Nordic walking and mountain bike trails. Two bikes in the house. New 9 hole golf course on an island in the lake from June 2013.

The price also includes: canoe.

Swimming pool in the hotel for a small fee. Children's playground, football field, climbing tower, horseback riding, guided moose and beaver safaris. Fishing in the lakes, which are rich in trout, whitefish and perch.

In winter: alpine skiing (200m from the house to the nearest lift), cross-country ski trails 600m from the house. Snowboard, snowpark, sledding, skating and carriage rides, ice fishing.

A little paradise for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, water sports enthusiasts, golfers, skiers and connoisseurs.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Wir haben viel unternommen, waren Wandern, Schwimmen in den umliegenden Seen, Kanu fahren und Mountainbike fahren. Genauso haben wir aber auch die Ruhe beim Haus und den grandiosen Ausblick genossen. Die Terrasse rund um das Haus ist sehr schön und eine Sauna mit Ausblick auf die Berge gibt es auch.

Sehr schön immer wieder gern !

Die Lage und das Haus sind super ! Die Fotos stimmen genau mit dem überein was man vom Haus zu erwarten hat, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und alles ist auf Gemütlichkeit ausgerichtet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort, Es wurde etwas kuschelig aber alles vollkommen ausreichend. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und gleicht einer Postkarte. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wunderbar

Tolle Aussicht, super Wandergebiet, Angelmöglichkeit, Fahrräder gibt es im Hotel, Boote mit und ohne Motor in Vrådal, Essen sollte man besser selbst zubereiten, da gibt es in der Nähe keine guten Restaurants Hierfür ist im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden.

Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Eine große Terrasse, um die Sonne, die Berge und die Umgebung zu genießen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und gibt vorab umfangreiches Informationsmaterial an die Hand, hilft mit Tipps und Tricks weiter, antwortet schnell auf Fragen.

Zur Ruhe kommen

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort, wandern geht direkt ab Haus, Blaubeeren sind (jetzt im Juli) leicht zu finden und in Vradal gibt es Geschäfte und auch weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist im Sommer sehr ruhig, viel Natur, leichtes wandern auf relativ trockenen Felswegen. Ausgeschilderte Wanderwege. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack ausgewählt. Möchte man mehr als die direkte Umgebung erkunden, muss man sich wie überall in Norwegen auf längere Autofahrten einstellen. Mit dem 2-Personen Kanu kann man schöne kleinere Touren unternehmen, will man weiter, wird das Umsetzen an den Schleusen zum Kraftakt. Das lässt sich besser mit einem im Ort gemieteten Motorboot erfahren. Das Ziel ist gut erreichbar über die Fähre nach Kristiansand, die Telemark-Region ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein Haus das weitblicken lässt

Wir haben unsere Woche in dem Ferienhaus genossen. Lage wie beschrieben und der Blick von der Terrasse beeindruckend. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Duggen war optimal. Dafür vielen Dank. Beachten sollte man, dass Norwergen ein Land der weiten Wege ist und man immer vom Berg herunter muss um einzukaufen bzw. mit dem Kanu zu fahren.

Einfach nur Toll

Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Einige Wochen vor unserem Urlaub bekamen wir eine Mappe von den Besitzern mit Informationen über die Anreise, über das Haus und über die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt auf ca. 650 Meter Höhe und ist über einige Serpentinen und eine Schotterstrasse zu erreichen. Die Hütte steht direkt am Abhang und man hat einen Super Blick in das Tal und über den See. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Auch das an jeder Hausseite eine Sitzgelegenheit ist, ist einfach Fantastisch. Man kann nur schwärmen über diese Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Ein Palast in traumhafter Idylle

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit Vradal. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg am Hang mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den See Nisser und Vradal, es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, inkl. voller Küchenausstattung. Die Region Telemark hat eine traumhafte Landschaft, von flachen Ebenen um die zahlreichen Seen bis zu steileren und schroffen Fels- und Waldlandschaften ist für jeden etwas dabei. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass außerhalb der Saison (ab etwa Ende September) in Vradal und Umgebung nichts los ist, das nächste Restaurant ist über 40 Km entfernt, die meisten Kulturstätten und Gastronomie sind im Winter geschlossen, man muss sich also selbst verköstigen können und wollen. Die Straße zum Haus ist eher eine recht steile Passstraße auf der ich im Winter Schneeketten empfehlen würde. Wir hatten leider keine dabei und mussten bei einsetzendem Schneefall den Wagen unten stehen lassen und ca. 3,5 Km zu Fuß hoch laufen, auch mit Winterreifen war keinen Vorankommen möglich.
