Upstairs, the master suite is a true sanctuary featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite with double vanities, a freestanding tub, and oversized shower. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen beds and a bunk room, ideal for kids. The bathrooms and powder room throughout the home feature modern fittings, gold accents, and premium styling.



Outside, the home truly shines. Enjoy sweeping ocean glimpses from the upstairs balcony or gather in the expansive covered alfresco area with a full outdoor kitchen, bar seating, and relaxed lounge. CHECK-IN TIME

- Check-in is after 3 pm.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.

- Early check-in can be requested.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- Check-out is 10 am.

- Late check-out can be requested.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
