The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. It was 103 degrees when we were there and the apartment was very cool. The bed was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom is spacious.

Very clean room and perfect location for us. Lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. My only complaint would be the outdoor sitting area had not been cleaned in a long time.

The hosts were very good at responding when we had questions. Our favorite part was the outside patio! We stayed here for about 2 weeks, and we spent hours outside by the fireplace.

Terrific location for OC

The condo was really good for our one night visit pre holiday family visit near by. The location was right around the corner from many good restaurants and shopping centers. The really good part was the 24/7 contact with property manager for our questions. The condo had great bathroom, kitchen, and walk in closet. Would stay there again when in town to see family.

Great location and convenient!

We just recently became grandparents and we traveled to Orange to see our grandson for the first time. This rental was located in the building next to where our children live. It was very handy and convenient. This place is located in a great spot which enables you to walk to anything that you would ever need. The room was perfect and our host texted us quickly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing stay

We had such a great stay with Arrive and Thrive! The place was very clean and cozy! It has everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location made us feel very safe. James was very friendly and gave us detailed check in Information that made it so easy and fun to check in! Eateries close by and Disneyland Park! Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. We would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you so much James for the opportunity! Till next time. -Maria and Jack

It’s probably a great little place to stay if you can actually get checked in.

We couldn’t access the key. Response was slow and then nonexistent. We eventually ended up leaving to find somewhere else to stay once no one showed up or responded to get us checked in. Looks like a clean and cute property if you can get checked in.

Very Satisfied

This is a great property. We found it exactly as the listing stated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It also has a great outdoor area. We felt safe there because of the necessity to have a fob to enter the parking garage as well as to use the elevator. Very quiet place- we never heard anyone being loud. I would 100% recommend. We had a little trouble getting in the first time, but someone from the office answered my phone call right away. They were able to help and all was smooth the rest of our stay.

Place was immaculate. Said it slept four, but was a small futon and a blow up mattress. Had a good size bed for adults to sleep in. Amenities were awesome. Gave my family and I something to do during downtime. All in all a great place
