River Crossing #823 Nice Condo!

River Crossing #823 is a 2nd floor condo located a gated community in Barefoot Resort. This property is located near the pool area and has great views of the Norman Golf Course and the Pond. You will love the location and will be able to go for long walks or take a drive to the beach. There is so much to do nearby, you will come back year after year! This will be your favorite vacation spot!

The condo has been recently updated with new furniture in the living room and the kitchen has been renovated with new countertops, new sink and new oven. It is also fully stocked with everything you need so you can cook your favorite meals. The living room area is spacious and the dining area has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure in the living room and both bedrooms. The balcony is right off the living room so you will be able to enjoy your favorite beverage while enjoying the views.

The primary bedroom has a King Swing Bed with a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is another bathroom in the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo if you need to do laundry. We do provide linens and towels so just bring your beach towels. We also provide paper products and toiletries to get you started for your stay.

Barefoot Resort is a Golf Course Community with 4 Championship Golf Courses to try. Ask us about setting up tee times. There is a free shuttle that runs every hour in the summer that will take you to the beach. Located right near Barefoot Landing which has so many things to do! Have a glass of wine at Duplin Winery or catch a show at the House of Blues or Alabama Theater. There are many restaurants to choose from with many varieties of cuisines. Grab a beer at the Crooked Hammock or have a great meal at Greg Norman's Australian Grill. Or if you like casual meals, check out Taco Mundo or Lulu's located right on the Waterway.

River Crossing #823 is a 2nd floor unit with no elevator. Please note that this unit is strictly non-smoking, does not permit pets, motorcycles, or golf carts. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Pools open April 1st - Closes October 31st.

To book all guests must be 25 years or older, and a responsible adult over the age of 25 must be present at all times.
