Two bedroom, two bath condo is in the Arbor Trace community of Barefoot Golf Resort. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit can accommodate 6 with 1 king, 2 twins and a full air mattress.

This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo at Arbor Trace is well maintained and nicely decorated. Unit is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). You'll have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. **Exterior of property under 24/7 surveillance**

Arbor Trace has it's own private community swimming pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse.

Bathroom was not as clean as I expected. Supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels) were minimal, so be aware. I had to buy hand soap and toilet paper. Other than that, it was in a nice safe neighborhood and the decorating was cute and pleasant.

Cal Ripken Experience Baby!

The pool was amazing! Property was fantastic! The check in process wasn't communicated clearly and the non emergency line never returned my phone call about a clogged toilet. But when i called during business hours, they had the issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. Overall experience, my family would definitely stay here again!

Even two coffee machines, of which one unfortunately did not work. Even four chairs and an umbrella were available for the beach.We booked through which means, that you already accept all rental conditions prior to finally booking the apartment. Therefore it was kind of surprising to get multiple emails from North Beach Vacation Rental. I was kind of annoyed by the amount of emails, but others may not mind. We do a lot of booking through . This was the first time to get bombarded by the agent with emails.

Wonderful stay! We had everything we needed! Nice pool right across the parking lot

Just like home

We had an absolute blast this week. The condo was exactly as described! Roomy, homey, and had everything we needed! After hot days exploring it was wonderful coming back and relaxing warching tv or reading on the porch. Our boys swam everyday. We loved the location! Far enough away from the hustle but plenty close enough to navigate easily and get to locations quickly. We will be back. Already planning on an extended family meet up! Thanks for helping make our first trip to Myrtle Beach a blast!

Large family stayed comfortably

Besides some things like shoes being left from other guests ,im guessing, it was a great place for my big family. We really enjoyed the area and the pool was my childrens favorite part. The room was just as advertised and we hope to stay again.

The kitchen was fully stocked and they gave enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)until we made it to the store. It was in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. The kids loved that the pool was directly across the parking lot from the condo and we swam daily. The closet of beach supplies on the balcony was awesome too! We took advantage of the free activities offered with the rental and did the Voyager Dolphin Cruise. It was not as advertised and was basically a boat ride out to the Atlantic and back. No shrimp boats and up close experience for the kids as advertised. They were bored and very disappointed! The only drawback for us was the downstairs full time neighbor who was knocking on our door WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL complaining that we were too loud! We had only just walked into the door and put down our luggage (4pm)! So, that put a damper on our time spent in the condo. After a day or so of trying to keep kids quiet 24/7, we simply started enjoying the condo and just made sure to be quiet in the evenings and early mornings. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely rent again. Thanks!

Our stay

Very clean, comfy space. Loved the balcony we set out there when it rained. We were confused about if we needed to supply certain things ex: trash bags. Also the dish liquid provided wasn’t that great. But overall enjoyed our stay and would for sure recommend to others!

Felt like home

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. It was so comfy and relaxing. The livingroom furniture was so comfy and we loved sitting watching TV and just hanging out between day trips. Loved having 3 TV's in the condo. With two Teens, they could never agree during our downtime on what to watch. Kitchen was perfectly supplied and even though we didn't cook. It was nice to have the refrigerator and all the space for our snacks and drinks. It was one of our best vacations that we have ever taken and this place made this possible. We will certainly come back again.
