This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, townhouse located at Madison Villas in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet and all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 7 with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sleeper sofa and 1 futon.

This townhome offers a 2 story layout. The living room, dining area w/futon, fully equipped kitchen and a half bath are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features the master bedroom w/1 king, 2nd bedroom w/1 queen and a shared full bathroom. Enjoy all the comforts of home with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi & free parking for 2 vehicles. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a patio area off the back of the unit which includes a charcoal grill along with the community pool and coin operated laundry.

Family vacation

The location was great and the pool was amazing. The stay however was not great! We got in late at night and never got an address to pick up the keys. We couldn’t get ahold of the leasing department, even using the emergency number. Luckily one of the residents gave us the owners number to lets us in to our rental! On night two of our stay the AC went out and tried the emergency number again didn’t work. Called the next morning and they finally answered and sent someone to repair it. Once it was fixed the vents started leaking! Finally everything was fine. Also I’m used to having my rentals stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap at least. Our stay was one week and they only gave us two rolls and there was 6 of us! Honestly staying at a hotel would have been way better!

Best Place Yet!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family Vacations

It was fantastic. Besides the mystery stain on the down stairs bathroom wall and door it was nice. Just a two minute walk and the other renters were pretty nice to. Would love foing back to it.

Somewhat deceiving

Our first impression was not what we expected from the great photos. Then a couple of days into our stay the shower leakes through to the downstairs kitchen and the wifi didn't work. We were able to fix the wifi once we seen the top outlets were on a switch with the ceiling fan. Maintenance came took pics of leak and said he couldn't fix it. A couple days later a plumber came out, was there for a few minutes, said he replaced the "drain". The leak became worse. Definitely more problems than we expected. No concerns for our inconvenience. Will do more research next time. Lesson learned.

we like the place was close to the beach my kids love the aérea .

the location is great perfect only 5 minutes from the beach.the manger was really friendly asked about how everything was when we checked in we got to the place late afternoon on Sunday before of the 4th of july weekend they left instructions on the mail box .my husband and I went to check in on Monday the staff of the property was very nice .we had very nice family vacation we so glad to found a place for the last minute trip!!.

Great stay!

Loved the Pool being right put the front door. Easy trip to the Beach. We drove and parked in the pullic lot less than a half mile away. Would definetly stay there again.
