Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Hamilton!
This stylish and modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment is the perfect base for families, groups, or business travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay close to everything.
Nestled in a quiet complex, you're just minutes from Hamilton's top destinations.
You're only an 8 minute walk to 'Made'. Made is Hamilton's newest hub of bustling retailers, foodies, creators and artisan vendors. Open 7 days a week.
Just a 10-minute walk away is the original Duck Island Ice Cream shop.
The scenic river path is only 5 minutes from the apartment and leads directly to the award-winning Hamilton Gardens. While you're there, you can hire an e-bike from the River Rider depot for a relaxing ride along the Waikato River. The apartment has plenty of secure, carpeted garage space for bike storage. If you're keen to explore more of the city, it's a pleasant 20-minute stroll into Hamilton Central, where the brand-new theatre is set to open soon.
Whether you're here for work, family, or a weekend getaway, you will love the unbeatable location and seamless experience of a professionally-managed property.

Parking: 2 x off street parking when using the internal garage, and space in front of the garage. There is also plenty of additional parking on the road.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included â we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning â exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
