New house (2021) classified 3 * located 1.5 km from the Veillon Beach (one of the most beautiful Vendée beaches), in a quiet and very sought after area.



Veillon Beach (20 minutes walk, 5 min by bike)

Marina "Port Bourgenay" at 1.2 km

Golf of Bourgenay at 1.3km

Forest at 700 m

Marsh at 500 m.



Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast, in the marshes, in the forest or towards Talmont St Hilaire and its famous castle of Richard the Lionheart.

The house is composed of 3 Bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a bed of 140), 2 Bathrooms with shower (one on each floor), separate toilet on the ground floor and toilet in the bathroom upstairs.

Two bedrooms upstairs:

- The first with bunk beds of 90 and a third single bed 90

- The second with 2 single beds 90 and a third possible

- Living room: a sofa bed

Perfectly equipped and functional kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker filters, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine.

You will also have Wifi, a TV and a pellet stove.

A travel cot is also available.

A large terrace of 70 m² all around the house with garden furniture, hammock, plancha, parasol on a fenced and secure ground for your children.

Solar shower outside

Two new bikes are at your disposal in summer (a deposit will be required)

Cleaning is included.

Linen and towels are not provided, possibility to rent it from the concierge (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath mat, bath towel, towel, tea towels)

Bourgenay

Wir waren schon oft an dem Ort und kennen uns gut aus. Das Haus war überdurchschnittlich, die Umgebung etwas eng zugebaut. Summa summarum alles gut bis sehr gut!
