Enjoy exclusive access to top-tier amenities, including a sleek hotel-style lobby, a rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking city views, and a modern fitness center.
Just a short stroll to Howard Smith Wharves, New Farm Riverwalk, Brisbane’s best dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.
Each apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation. Additionally, guests will find a bathroom stocked with necessary toiletries for their convenience.
A cozy bedroom awaits with a queen-size bed, promising a peaceful night's sleep.
The living and dining area offers a comfortable space for relaxation and dining, completing the functional and inviting setup of these accommodations.
You have the entire apartment to yourself but facilities is shared to residents and other guests.
PARKING ADVICE:
-Car parking must be pre-booked at the time of reservation and only 8 parking spaces are available onsite.
Parking is available at an additional charge of $35 per night. Please let us know in advance if you require parking so we can include it in your reservation.
Property Facilities: Located on Level 40, open from 7 AM to 10 PM

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I'm working closely with the Building Manager and their staff. In case you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I'll do my best to attend to your needs.
No Parties or Events
No parties or loud noise. Any noise that involves a callout will incur a $250 fee.
No smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking will be charged at an additional fee.
Lost Keys
Losing a blue fob or hard unit key will incur a $600 barrel replacement fee. Losing a car park remote will incur a $150 replacement fee.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged $300.
AMENITIES:
If you run out of amenities such as toiletries and condiments, please keep in mind that you may request additional from the Reception Team. You may call them or go directly to the Reception Area to get the additional amenities.
