We can host a maximum of 2 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane and features:

- 1 living room with lounge, smart TV and dinning area
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- 1 balcony with open view
- 1 full-size kitchen
- There is a centralized air conditioning system in this unit.

NOTE: The corner lines of two sides of the room in the apartment have come off, but the building will come to repair it later, which does not affect the normal use of the property.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags.

To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment.

Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. An AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
