Welcome to our beautiful, family-friendly home in Erina! This spacious home features open-planned living, an outdoor alfresco with a 4 burner BBQ, 5 minutes to Terrigal Beach and walking distance to Erina Fair. It is the perfect place for a family getaway.

This is our family house that we are listing. We love our Erina/Terrigal community. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Hosting is something we enjoy doing. We have open communication and are happy to help with any recommendations you may have whilst staying on the Central Coast.
Why they chose this property
We chose to live in Erina because it is super close to our beautiful Central Coast beaches as well as Erina Fair. We also have the Distillery Botanica close by.
What makes this property unique
We LOVE children! We have 4 children ourselves and they love our family house. We have left some toys and books for your own children, so please feel free to leave your items at home as we know how hard it can be to travel with them. We have a highchair available too.
