It's just steps from the Matha slides and the Matha golf course. The Sainte-ĂmĂ©lie-de-l'Ănergie municipal beach is just a short drive away. End your days in the spa or by the fire.
Upon entering the apartment, we're instantly charmed by the large open-concept space, which includes a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. These common areas are very sunny thanks to large windows. From the dining room, we can watch the magnificent sunrises over the golf course. In winter, the fireplaces are comforting and make us appreciate the colder days. Three private bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the property.
Main Floor: Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room - Access to the terrace / 1 full bathroom
Lower Floor: Bedroom 1: Queen bed / Bedroom 2: Queen bed / Bedroom 3: 2 double bunk beds and 1 single bed (in a drawer under the lower bunk) / 1 full bathroom
In winter, to ensure access to the mountain condo, we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
