Definitely an updated nice & clean home! Just not rating as excellent because we were never told about the community center & obtaining wristbands & a code to access the amenities. Luckily we found a worker to ask.

Absolutely Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Mickey's Jedi Retreat. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the themed bedroom and heated pool (it was in the 40s outside and it was still warm enough the kids wanted to be out swimming.) We had one issue with the internet but it turned out to be a community wide outage and didn't last very long so we just enjoyed swimming and used the resort amenities during the outage. We would definitely stay again!

It’s great that the kids loved the themed bedroom and were able to enjoy the heated pool, even in the chilly weather! Thanks as well for your patience during the temporary internet outage; we are glad it was resolved quickly and that you were able to enjoy the Windsor Hills Resort amenities in the meantime. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Super clean, and new owner upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here the last 2 years too, kids LOVE their Jedi themed bedroom. Glad we found it again, after owner and management changed. New owner replaced last year's broken gaming chairs and bar stools, among other things. Still all SUPER clean, and just a short walk from the Windsor Hills clubhouse with the resort pool, water park, arcade and gym. Our family loves Windsor Hills!

Thanks so much for the awesome review, Patrick! We're so happy you and your family came back again — and that the kids still love the Jedi room (it's definitely a hit!). Glad you found us after the ownership change, and we really appreciate you noticing the updates we’ve made. We try hard to keep everything clean and comfy, and it's great to hear it shows. Windsor Hills is such a fun spot, and we're glad your family loves it as much as we do. Hope to have you back again next year!

The condo was very clean and pool heat was not listed as additional price per day. After paying and reserving we found out it wasn’t included which made the rental more expensive than the other rental we were going to rent. We rented the condo for 8 nights and the kitchen was very light with cookware and glasses, the bare minimum which we needed to purchase some. My wife wasn’t to happy since we like to cook and stay in a few nights on vacation. Other than that, the Condo was very clean and mgmt company was quick and responsive.

Hi Brennan, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear you found the townhouse very clean and that our management team was quick and responsive. We are sorry for any confusion regarding the pool heat. The listing description (and rental agreement) actually do note that pool heat is optional, and available for an additional daily fee, and we apologize if that detail was missed during booking. We appreciate you sharing how that impacted your decision. Regarding the kitchen supplies, our homes are stocked with standard, starter cookware and dishes, but we understand that guests who enjoy cooking sometimes may need just a little more. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us during your stay if anything feels lacking; we are always happy to help make your stay more comfortable right away. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
