Easey's: If Burgers are your thing! From the outside, you can see the old-school train carriages fixed to the roof, five storeys up. The building is heavily themed around trains and graffiti  It's a favorite among locals for both its food and its quirky vibe.

Molly Rose: Located in a narrow warehouse in Collingwood. Food is Thai style such as cuttlefish noodles with squid-ink mayo.

Smith & Daughters: Known for its innovative vegan cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit for food lovers, regardless of dietary preferences. The food has been transformed too, with much of the menu revolving around the use of fire. There are four different dining experiences with the set menu available every night.
