Mentone Abode is a beautifully presented, 3 bedroom townhouse offering a stylish, and spacious bayside escape. This 2 storey home is tucked away in a leafy block of 3, and located within walking distance to Mentone Village and Mentone Beach.

As you step inside, you will be welcomed by a sunken lounge where you can cosy up to a SmartTV with Netflix. The home also features ducted heating (both levels), plus evaporative cooling (upper level only). The comfortable living area flows into the tiled open plan dining and kitchen space.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, which features stone bench tops and ample cupboard space. Let the outside in, as you open up the doors to the north facing wrap around courtyard, and enjoy the tranquil outdoor space. The courtyard with a deck is ideal for outdoor dining and has seating for 4 and a BBQ to enjoy.

Downstairs also features a study area, powder room and a large fitted laundry with access to the garage. Upstairs are 3 carpeted bedrooms, central bathroom and separate toilet.
