The space: Condominium in the Vila Izabel neighborhood, next to Água Verde and a few minutes from Batel and the city center. Residential neighborhood, safe and quiet. Upscale neighborhood. Secure building, with cameras, alarm, monitored by a 24-hour security company. Other observations: We live in the same building.
