House under repair. Half the view unavailable due to broken roller shutters. Owners son in the garden when we checked in at 2:30pm. Said he had at least 2 hours of work to do and then he wanted to mow the lawn, later on our first night or the next morning! He finished about 6pm so we couldn’t relax. He did fix up holes in the fence so it was dog proof, but I didn’t want it done while we were there. No tea/coffee/milk/salt/pepper, kitchen completely bare of any refreshments or cooking basics. One broken old frypan. Other kitchen cutlery and crockery were good. No shampoo/conditioner/soap! At 350/night? I expected some nice bathroom products. Atmosphere very old fashioned. Location perfect
