This place is near park (playground, barbeque), lake, train, bus, 10min drive to Perth city CBD, walk to nearby Fast Foods, 10 min (6km) to Scarborough beach, 1km to fitness, 2km to shopping & 6 min (3km) drive to Laundry. The host is separately on site for emergencies.
