Bring the whole family to our Spaces lake Havasu home! 3BR main house (2 kings, 1 queen) + 2 baths, private Casita (queen + bath), and 3 air mattresses for extra guests. Enjoy the pool, spa, barbecue, cabana, lounge, chairs, and outdoor shower. Perfect for making year-round memories with family and friends. Must be 25+ to rent. Dogs are allowed with additional pet deposit.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Beds that have been slept in, please leave unmade (do not strip beds). Deflate and replace air mattresses if used. Wash and put away all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please empty it.

Close all blinds. Don’t leave any trash in the house. If you use the grill, please brush clean and turn off propane, Take all the food you come with. Do not leave food in the refrigerator or cabinets

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property was perfect for our group. Dog friendly & all fenced off. The casita in the back was perfect for our split group. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked.
