Hello! We are Dan and Amy, and we want to welcome you to our home!

This new construction (2022) home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the rooms are Master suites, with 2 bedrooms at the front of the home with an additional bathroom in between. The kitchen/living/family room is large , open and can accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably. The backyard has a beautful pool with a table and umbrellas, as well as a fantastic sitting area and outdoor pool television and bbq grill. Home is located 1 mile from Windsor launch ramp.

Please note we do not give garage access as we store our private property inside. Thank you.

Beautiful and comfortable house in a great location. The swimming pool was pristine and we really appreciated the A/C remaining at a constant and cool temp. Also the owners we very attentive and easy to deal with. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely love this property. This was our second stay at the house. Perfect location close to Windsor State Park Launch Ramp and easy walk to Mudshark’s Brewery & Pizza. Beautiful, clean, and perfect for two families. Sunrise, Sun tan, sunset, repeat

Great, relaxing place to stay

We were a group of 8 adults. We enjoyed ourselves hanging out by the pool and boating. The property has a great layout and was very clean and modern.

Best place to stay in Havasu!

Location location location! Looking for a place near the lake this is it! Makes it super easy and hassle free to come n go from the lake. Host are super friendly and make you stay enjoyable.

Great retreat

The house was beautiful and spacious. The pool was fantastic to cool off from the heat. We were close to lots of activities. The owner was good with quick communication. We would definitely come back! Because we stayed a whole week we did run out of basic supplies also but oherwise this was a fantastic experience!

Beautiful Home with a Pool

The house was beautiful inside & out. Very clean. Was really close to the lake & stores. The check-in & check-out process was very simple. I appreciate the early check-in accommodation. Daniel the host was great, made us feel at home. And easy to communicate. Will hopefully come back. Thank you.

Excellent

Dan and Amy were great hosts. Before arriving we received a call from Dan to let us know the house was ready for us. This is a new home in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. We were able to walk to the brewery and have a bite to eat and enjoy a cold brew. The outside pool area is very nice and sunny with and a shaded area where you can watch TV. Our children and grandchildren came for a visit and they absolutely loved it. We had a great time in Lake Havasu and we recommend Dan and Amy's vacation home.

Short family getaway

Summary: great property, location and owners. The property is new and has four separate bedrooms with queen or bigger beds, two en-suite and one shared bathroom. Easily accessible for older adults since it’s all on one level. Plenty of off street parking. Checkin and checkout were straightforward and went off without a hitch. Owners were great, reached out upon arrival and answered questions quickly. Property is situated near the lake and local businesses. A short drive for groceries or to restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet.
