Comfortably decorated three-bedroom, two-bath with newer furniture and bedding. Quick access to highway 95. Located just minutes from the lake, downtown, Walmart, movie theaters and the amazing London Bridge. Plenty of parking for your RV(s) and toys. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Brand new heated pool and walls for privacy. All New Built in BBQ, Over 50 of Granite CounterTop space for the ultimate in entertaining. Putting Green, Horseshoe Throwing Pit, Turf Area for Games. New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard. New water softener, new R/O System, central A/C, relaxing heated pool. This is your home away from home. Additional cost to heat the pool. Easy on and off pool cover will reduce propane costs. Details for heating the pool will be provided as requested.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, large dresser, ceiling fan, and walk-in shower.

2nd bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, night stand, dresser, and full closet.

3rd bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, night stand, dresser, and full closet.

Living Room has Satellite TV, sectional with chaise, end table, and large ottoman.

Kitchen/Dining includes all of your dishes, cups, wine glasses, utensils, knives, plasticware, pots/pans, crockpot, blender, electric can opener, and baking needs. Electric range cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and coffee maker.

My son's dog Teddy enjoyed his stay and loved cruising the backyard. The backyard is huge and the pool looks brand new. The pool and backyard for games were a 10 out of 10. The only two negatives, my kids said their beds need to be replaced and they didn't sleep that great. The master bed was fine. All of the windows were dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned in awhile., however I know the weather is an issue this time of the year. Overall we had a great time, no issues with anything else, checking in was a breeze and the location was perfect for launching the boat. WE will for sure stay at this location again and I am sure my oldest son will do the same with friends in the future. Thank you Don, we had a great time.

This was absolutely an amazing place. The pool was the big ,love that it had the sitting bench with a table in the water. The house was well equipped, the rooms were perfect ,beds were very comfortable slept like a baby,and the restrooms were beautifully designed. This house made a our mini vacay so feel like we were in paradise. We went to the Lake once and we wanted to hurry back home to enjoy the pool. Looking foward to booking this property in the near future.

Lake havasu sweet treat

The property was amazing , the location was beyond amazing. Everything within a few minutes of the house. The property manager was above and beyond with answering questions and helping when needed. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place!!! The lake is literally 5 minutes away. Felt like home away from home.

Great stay in Lake Havasu

We stayed at this property for three nights and had a wonderful time. Don, the host, is outstanding and responded to our requests right away! The pool and backyard were amazing and we spent a lot of our time outdoors. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great pool home lake home

We had a very nice stay. The yard and pool were awesome. The house is very comfortable and well kept. Everything was well stocked for cooking. The beds are very comfy and house was nice and cool inside upon arrival it was 115 this weekend and ever room was nice and cool. Don was very helpful with recommendations for dinner as it was my husband birthday and father’s day. Highly recommend Charbone. Food and service was amazing Would definitely recommend staying here for a havasu weekend or week long vacation

Perfect family gathering place

Perfect location to enjoy all the activities that Lake Havasu has to offer. Boating, site seeing, hiking, history and community events. Then spend the evening in the great backyard playing games, cooking, swimming and relaxing. And Don’s restaurant recommendations were excellent. We will be back.

Beautiful pool

The home had an amazing pool! I felt it lacked in cleanliness. As we walked in, there were towels on the couch, some were folded, others were not. In master bedroom, one of pillows did not have a pillowcase and it was nowhere to be found. We found a pair of ladies underwear behind the couch. There was no dishwasher soap. Kitchen trash can did not have a trash liner, the only two bags were on the kitchen floor. Neither restrooms had bath mats. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and we were unable to watch Netflix.
