The first level features the dining, kitchen, living area, and half bath. The large master suite with a king bed is located on the top with floor with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. A Bunk room is conveniently located off the master suite with a single bunk bed and the guest bedroom with a queen bed is located on the second level with a neighboring full bath off the hallway.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, washer and dryer, newly updated townhome with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, poolside porch and balcony, community park-style charcoal grills in designated area, boardwalk to community pool and beach, concrete parking under unit.
