Set high above Surfers Paradise inside Mantra on View, this breezy, light-filled studio offers a front-row seat to the iconic Gold Coast skyline. Step out onto the private balcony and soak up sweeping views — from the glittering Pacific Ocean to the surrounding high-rises. With a table and chairs set up, it’s the perfect place to enjoy coffee at sunrise or drinks as the city lights begin to sparkle.

Inside, the studio is calm and comfortable, with central air conditioning, a charcoal sofa, and a TV with Netflix for relaxed nights in. A desk nook by the window offers a quiet spot to plan your day, browse local attractions, or catch up on emails while enjoying the view. A minibar includes a mini fridge, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and coffee and tea supplies — ideal for preparing light breakfasts before heading out. With Cavill Avenue’s dining precinct just steps away, eating out is part of the experience.

The sleeping area features a queen bed dressed in crisp linen, mirrored wardrobes, blackout blinds, and soft lighting for a restful retreat. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed with a shower-over-bath combo, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. While there is no private laundry, the nearest laundromat is a ten-minute walk from your stay.

While there is no parking, top sights, shops, cafés, and nightlife are all within walking distance. The G:link light rail has stops close by, including Cavill Avenue and Cypress Avenue, offering easy connections along the coast and to neighbouring suburbs. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and secure lift access ensures a seamless arrival and departure experience.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared terrace. The gym, pool and tennis courts are not available for guest use. Please make yourselves at home!

Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.
