Dan is an amazing host. He was quick to answer questions and help out with any of my needs at his rental property! The house was immaculate and allowed me to host 11 students and 2 adults for a youth retreat. Amazing location & access to the boardwalk, the beach, and Ocean City itself! This is my 2nd stay at this property and it is my first choice whenever I host a group in Ocean City!

this house was super clean upon arrival each room was just as beautiful as the last. Parking in the back was big enough for 4 cars and kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed

The house was perfect for our large extended family. Thr garage was filled with bikes, sand toys, and beach chairs! The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed and then some! It was great to have parking by the garage so we didn’t have to fight for street parking on a gloriously beautiful weekend.

Dan's house is so great! He greeted us at check in and was available if we had any questions. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved having the 3rd floor to themselves. With so many bathrooms, no one ever had to wait in line to shower or get ready. It really is an awesome house on a beautiful block and I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future!! My expectations were exceeded for sure :-)

This was the perfect house for us! It was so well stocked with things to make our stay easier. Our host was in touch and available for questions right away. It was very cold outside and he also gave suggestions for fun things to do. We can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Dan was a wonderful communicator throughout the entire process. He was available to us as we planned our trip, answering many questions that we had. His property is absolutely beautiful and completely stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. The home is beautifully furnished, and absolutely meticulous. . The place was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Great location being a block from the beach. Clean, great amenities that accommodated our group, and the owner was friendly and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Dan was an exceptional host. He met us at the house the first day to welcome us and give the lay of the land. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and made himself available throughout the week to support any needs. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location to either access the boardwalk or Asbury Ave, and was just a short walk to a great coffee shop.

This was out very first guest after having our property rented for 5 consecutive months by a family who wanted to spend the winter and holidays in Ocean City. These guests were wonderful to have rent my home and they left my property in perfect condition. We are in the midst of some interior painting and other upgrades to the property but the entire experience worked out beautifully.
