This apartment accommodates 2-4 adults generously but a max of 7 overnight.

The `INSTANT-BOOK` function is enabled so you may instantly book the place if the dates you want are available.

The sleeping arrangement for the 4th and 6th adult would be on a king-single bunk bed with LUXURY linens.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services with Stasher, we will provide you a link once reserved. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage fully insured.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
