Basically a rundown Bach that's seen little to no improvement, except maybe seen a lick of paint. If you like Indoor Camping, then perfect, otherwise you'll be disappointed.
Heating inadequet, heater shuts off after around 4 hours in middle of night, even when timer disabled or set to 8 hours. Incidentally no instructions how to use heater remote control,
I had to ask Mr Google. Really only suitable for mid Summer. Needs a proper Heat Pump.
Parking poor, needs a 5 point turn or more to turn around, even with a small vehicle or reverse up a slope and round a blind corner, no fun in the dark.
Not recommended for pets, it's on a lifestyle block with roaming live stock and no fencing except at road entry/exit. Gate to road has to be unchained and chained when passing through.
Path to accommodation is up several outdoor steps with trip hazards and no working lighting except at the top if you remember to turn it on before leaving.
Other than the above, in a beautiful and quiet location and on Starlink for Internet, which was very good and fast.
Unfortunately fell well short of my expectations. I can stay in a 1* Motel and be more comfortable.
