Great location to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Villa had a great setup with two bedrooms and each had full connecting bathrooms and in a quiet neighborhood. Lanai area was perfect for outdoor eating or lounging. Host was very communicative throughout our stay.

It is a 3 minute walk to the pool and a 45 minute drive to the beach.Very dated cabinetry, window treatments, living room furniture, and flooring.The HOA really needs to address the deferred exterior maintenance on the buildings, fencing, leaking roofs, etc.
