Overall stay was good. The condo is as pictured with the exception of the pool picture. It might lead you to believe that the unit is by the pool, however it is not. A couple of items that could use some attention . . . . there was no hairdryer, no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher, no extra garbage bags, wine opener/cork screw was broken, kitchen was stocked decently with the exception of pots/pans. There is no grill so cooking must be done in the kitchen. We had to be creative with the limited amount of cookware. The building itself was quiet. We enjoyed the small screen porch. Check in/out was easy. Communication with the owner was good. Overall, it met our needs.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for our small family. The pool was lovely and very conveniently located just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.

We were 12 at Bali Hai Condo, check in process was fast, apartment clean and spacious ground unit,doors knobs keys was kind of confusing at the beginning due to double doors,AC smooth and cold, kitchen equipped with plenty of cookware Nice and comfortable place overall, little far away from beaches but located in a commercial area close to many stores and Edison Mall.Host was very kind and allowed us to use to guests parking spots

Great Stay!

The unit was super clean and even bigger than I was expecting. The pool was nice, and everything was where the owner said it would be. I had a difficult time finding the unit originally, however it was the middle of the night and very dark when I arrived from the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed the privacy of location! Stayed there due to a wedding. Enjoyed the pool, separate bathrooms, and friendly people. The only thing I would recommend for the owner is a better wifi connection. We will definitely use this VRBO rental if we are going back to FL!

Well worth the price

When we very first arrived there was a couple staying on vacation having an aggressive argument and screaming very loud. One dog that barked a couple times. But overall it was very quite. The people were respectful and Kate provided us with everything we need including soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, cooking supplies and spices etc. Didn’t see a single bug it was very nice and clean.

Later on in my life, I decided to visit the United States, where my first stop was Chicago, I was very fascinated by the way of life and decided to further explore. While visiting Chicago, I heard lots of good things about the Sunshine State., so I decided to visit and my first stop was Fort Myers Florida. Right away I fell in love with the area, which presented a warm and friendly atmosphere through the people and the beautiful attractions. I have traveled extensively throughout the world both international and domestic and no other place caught attention like Fort Myers.

My reason for acquiring this property is because the location is close to the down town water district of Fort Myers Florida, this location is very unique as a result of its easy access to the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Winter Estate, The Barbra B. Man Theater, The Edison Shopping Mall, and Fort Myers Beach just to name a few. I have owned other property in the same building for 8 years, and there has been no incidents of theft or property damage reported, this gives me a safe feeling and comfort which all guest should take advantage of.

The rental property has an outdoor pool which is accessible from dusk to about 10:30 pm. in addition, the apartment has a patio exit door and that provides you with a small garden view with a safe and quiet environment while enjoying a full view regardless of the whether conditions. There is also a flat screen television in living room and master bedroom that provides everyone an opportunity to view his or her favorite movie or TV show in the comfort of their own space. The property is newly renovated, with top of the line furniture and amenities' which were included as a part of this project. Enjoy a beautiful well-manicured courtyard, with heated pool, this beautiful first floor unit has a screened-in Lanai where you can enjoy the warm weather and great sunsets every day while one can stay connect with family and friends while taking advantage of the FREE WiFi which is accessible 24/7.
