You’ll turn up a quiet side street in a residential area of Lincoln City to arrive at Oregon Ocean Oasis, a handsome home with a welcoming gated front porch two blocks from the sea. This inviting home features a lighted, fully fenced yard, perfect for the kids, dogs, barbecuing, or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. The living room has two sumptuous leather sofas festooned with soft blankets and pillows for lounging in front of the TV and gas fireplace. A dining table sits in a bay window next to a breakfast bar for two. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a handy laundry on the first floor, where a serene queen bedroom with a large TV has a door to a shared full bath.

Upstairs, a bright, open landing leads to a queen bedroom with an open area under the dormer window perfect for yoga, stretching, or a play space for the kids. It includes a TV and a lovely view over the neighborhood. A second bedroom has a twin bed and a TV. A fantastic skylit bonus room with two sofas and a large TV provides extra space to stretch out and relax.

You’ll be an easy walk to the beach, coffee, Mexican and Thai food, pizza, groceries, and a playground for the kids less than a block away. The Chinook Winds Casino and all the other fun activities of Lincoln City are minutes away by car. Property was nice. Communication about the features such as the TV not having basic cable was frustrating. Took a day to figure out that there was YouTube tv subscription so we didn’t see all of the World Cup game we wanted to watch. Lack of basics like hand soap and dishwashing detergent (both canisters were empty) so we had to go buy our own. For the price point you would think soap would be a no brainer

Thank you for the review! I'm sorry the TV setup and empty supplies caused frustration during your stay. We do not list cable as an amenity so our guests are aware before booking, but we will absolutely work to make that clearer for future guests. Housekeeping has been reminded to check and refill hand soap and dish detergent before every arrival, and the canisters have since been replaced. Thank you for raising these issues so we can make prompt improvements.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was filthy and unprepared for the next guests, maintenance came and cleaned, we couldn’t use for 3 days, then the wash machine was in operable, maintenance ordered a part, we had to take clothes to laundry mat. My sheets looked like they weren’t washed, had food stuck. Then we were reported for noise complaint at 1:30 pm, kids stopped by for 30min. Be aware of older age neighbors, what mad me upset is the email sent, stating warning and documented, possible fine and kicked out. We will not return, we come every year.

Thank you for taking the time to share these details. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. You were right to expect a perfectly clean hot tub and the fact that the cleanliness was sub-standard is not at all acceptable. We have corrected this error with our service team and will increase inspections until we are sure the hot tub is serviced to our standard. The washing machine failed during your stay, and gave us no indicator it was failing before, unfortunately. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience it caused and can confirm it has since been repaired. I let the housekeeping team know about the sheet you felt had not been laundered, and the team's inspector will be paying especially close attention to the beds in upcoming inspections to ensure this error is never again repeated. And finally, I am sorry the noise and parking complaint disturbed your day with family. It's important to us that our guests respect the neighborhood rules at all times, but we will review the situation with our team all the same to ensure that they followed protocol to the letter. Thank you very much for the helpful feedback.
