Beautiful, quiet, ocean view home, just 1 short block to easy beach access

Beautiful, cozy, super clean home with great ocean views in North Lincoln City, Wecoma beach neighborhood. Enjoy sitting on 1 of 2 balconies, or by the electric fireplace of the upstairs living room, while watching and listening to the waves. Perfect for two small groups to have separate living areas. The uppermost area features a living room w/ large screen tv, full kitchen, master queen bedroom, triple bunkbed room and main bathroom.

Down the hall between the master and bunk bedrooms, through the door, and a few steps up to the loft unit is a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Down the spiral staircase of the loft unit is a cozy area with a pull out queen sofa, table, large screen tv, bathroom/shower, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, single cup kuerig, & induction stovetop. Pots & pans for induction burner in kitchenette cabinet. In the closet is a duvet covered comforter and sheets for the queen sofa pull out bed.

TV's have Vid Angel, Netflix, Paramount & Amazon Prime, and Samsung tv (like cable).

Excellent location just a block from the beach and two blocks to a botanical garden. The space layout is a bit wonky in this older renovated second fl of a house - with one easy access master and full bath, and a second queen in a dormer space up a few stairs with a 2nd bath and sitting area down a spiral staircase. A solid, wide outdoor staircase offers private access to this residence. This worked fine for us - two able bodied adults - who could navigate the stairs inside and out. Tenants live on the first floor so not a good option for rambunctious kids or loud adults. The kitchen is well stocked and the wide deck with lovely partial ocean view. All in all a very pleasant stay.
