Located in Paris, the accommodation is comfortable, design, bright and is composed of a room open on a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a sofa bed, and a shower with toilet. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Nespresso coffee machine (large capsule), kettle, toaster, oven/microwave (2in1), TV, iron, hair dryer, washing machine/dryer (2in1); You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The apartment is located near the Ecole Militaire metro station which is 100 meters away, the Hôtel des Invalides (4 min walk), the Champ de Mars (10 min walk), the Eiffel Tower theater (12 min walk) and the Eiffel Tower (15 min walk). You will also find bars, shops and restaurants nearby. A Carrefour City is located 140 m from the apartment. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
