The house is situated down the street from the Durkin office in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. It is a 2-minute walk from public access to the pond for kayaking and paddleboarding. You can also walk to the local baseball field, basketball court, tennis court and playground.
The house is just a 5-minute drive from Sand Hill Cove beach (perfect for kids) and Point Judith, with dining options at Iggy’s, Aunt Carrie’s, Spain, and more. For those that like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment in addition to the two grills in the backyard. This house does allow hypoallergenic dogs under 20 pounds with a $100 fee per pet.
