Old farmhouse, renovated, in a bucolic setting...
The rather modern furniture contrasts with the old features of the old house; interior half-timbering, charming original small doors, remarkable beamed ceiling... The carefully chosen Farrow and Ball paint colours give the whole an intimate atmosphere.
The very large living room is enhanced by a wood-burning stove in the brick fireplace. The kitchen, opening onto a small terrace, is equipped with a fridge with a small freezer, a small table-top fridge, an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, toaster, electric kettle, traditional coffee maker. In the back kitchen is the double sink and the small dishwasher. And next to it, in the entrance, an independent toilet. Continuing from the kitchen, the dining room with its wood-burning stove in the fireplace. Then, the ground floor ends with a master suite consisting of its bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and finally a bathroom with bath-shower and a toilet. The upstairs is dedicated to 3 cosy bedrooms, two of which are in a row. On one side a double bed 140 cm, on the other a double bed 160 cm and then a single bed 90 cm in the third bedroom. They are served by a shower room with toilet.
This charming house is nestled within a 1-hectare park adorned with a large cherry tree, a weeping willow, a small espalier orchard and large trees bordering the property.
