It’s in a very unique and quiet place on 20 acres boarding the shell creek there are some trails and boardwalk to the river and sitting areas to enjoy the view of the river between nature and farmland
The tiny home is completely off grid.

The property is located on the end of a farm road the road is a dirt road and can be a little bumpy.

Nice , clean place. I use a wheelchair and the place was very wheelchair friendly. There were a few essentials that were missing, but the owner had them delivered the next day.

Cute place- wouldn’t call it a 2 bedroom

Cute little place in-between downtown Ft Myers and Ft Myers beach. It was clean, nice pond outback and deck to sit on. It’s all one residential house- but this unit has been walled off from the main house. Only downfall was that the second bedroom is literally a closet. Like it’s the closet off the master bedroom. It’s tiny, no air flow, no electrical outlets. We actually had to go and buy our own extension cord to plug in from the hallway and into the closet to plug in our fan. It’s a bunk bed , but it’s basically pushed up against both walls so getting up the little ladder is tough. Also- just remember there’s no oven or stovetop. Only microwave. But it’s clean and it’s cute and nice little location. Host was kind and easy to get ahold of. 3/5

Getaway to FL

We enjoyed this location, it was very convenient to the local beaches and greatly enjoyed the space and the back porch and pond view. It was also a very affordable price for a great location. The property manager was very responsive to any requests we may have had.

Cute place with lovely view off back deck. Perfect location. Easy to explore downtown Ft Meyers, Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel. Perfect for a couple. Appreciated they allow small dog.

GREAT place for our weekend get away! Very clean, nice quiet neighborhood, great location. Loved the deck overlooking the water.. very peaceful to relax and watch birds and wildlife. Property owner left excellent instructions, very easy to work with. Thank you!

Great Little Place on Small Lake

We enjoyed our stay in Iona. We are birders and we were presently surprised by all the different types of birds on the lake. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was a lack of paper goods and garbage bags for our stay. We were staying for 5 days and there really was only enough for about two days. The owner made sure that we were properly supplied the next day. A nice quiet stay on a pituresque lake.

Horrible experience

The first night up on checking in I had to clean someone's (poop) off the toilet(really disgusting)There is no control of A/C because only the host can set the temperature. Me and my guest were extremely uncomfortable and hot.when we used the fans in the unit this triggered our allergies because of the dirt and so much dust on the fans. We were unable to cook(NO STOVE) and the BBQ equipment was extremely dirty. Cobwebs were all over the unit many dirty and broken down furniture all over the property.No Lights on the back deck.woke up to( NO LIGHTS ) or power in the unit we had to check out four days earlier in darkness because of all the inconvenience.

Thank you for your review. I would like to start The first night you checked in and informed us the next day morning of cleanliness of toilet immediately address to our cleaning team and offer you to send back our cleaning team to clean it again unfortunately we didn’t hear any replied from you. The apartment has a centralized unit attached to the main house and also has a window unit in the living room that our guests can adjust. We offer you to adjust the A/C on your prefer temperature but we never received any reply from you. Our listing is not advertised or offer a stove, we do have electric portable stove, rice cooker, coffee maker, cooking pan, microwave, blender, toaster, grill at back patio that our guests can use. On your fourth day Due to power outage in the area after 8am the apartment lost temporary power and restored around 9:30am. We sent you again a message and no response from you. We don’t have the control of the power but we did our best to resolve the issue. Again Thank you for staying in the apartment and we’re wishing you the best.

Overall a great trip. Loved the quiet location, close to everything. The apartment was very clean, had a few issues that Richard was prompt in resolving.

Great Location

We truly enjoyed the location. Sitting on the deck just feet from the lake were amazing. It was so simple to check in/out. The owner was extremely responsive. The location with association to the beaches is excellent. It was about 4 miles to Ft. Meyers beach and 6ish to Sanibel. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the "second" bedroom. It felt like it was a closet that they put a bed in.

Nice little place

Richards place was in a nice neighborhood, with great access to the things people come to Fort Myers for. A half hour at most from just about anything. Accommodations fit us just fine for the purpose of our stay. Richard was very easy to get ahold of beforehand and had great communication. Very pleased with our stay
