We stayed to attend our son's graduation from Florida Southern College. The property was very comfortable and an excellent location. We traveled with our lab puppy and the house was truly accommodating for our pet and family. Communication with the property manager was easy and there was always a quick response. We recommend the property highly and would stay again!!

Love this older home

Lots of cozy spots in this home - backyard is very private & quiet. Walk to the lake or quickly drive to lots of other lakes. Such a pleasant neighborhood.

Our family needed to travel into town for a big soccer tournament at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex in Auburndale. This house was about 25 minutes away from the fields, and was perfect for our basic needs. Normally, tournaments require you to stay at a hotel with your team, but since this was an out of state tournament, and we traveled with our family and dogs for 10 hours, we needed a house, and a washer and dryer for laundry and washing uniforms! I am so very happy with this property. It made my life as a travel soccer mom so much easier!

Nice stay in Lakeland area

We had a nice stay in this older but very clean home in a nice neighborhood. The communication was a little slow when we had questions while we were there but nothing too major. It was a nice stay and would stay again should we ever be in the area.

Stay was great!

Our stay was great. House is bright and roomy. We had a very crazy dance schedule and Liz was so sweet and accommodating about it. We’re so grateful! Thank you :) We will be staying here again.

Perfect location

The location could not be in any better. It’s only a few steps away to Lake Hollingsworth. Nice work neighborhood. The house we spacious and had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cold. I will definitely stay again

House is in a great location and is clean and comfortable. However, there was no information about the property except how to get in. Particularly, there was no wifi passwords and all attempts to contact the property manager got no response. There was no toilet paper, the dishwasher was dirty and full, and all the outdoor garbage cans were packed. Evolve is listed at the property management company but they are virtual only and have no contact information. If you can't contact someone in person, don't rent this property

Sorority reunion

It was fine. The house had no toilet paper in the master and no extra anywhere in the house. We reached out and was told to look in the bathroom closet which we had obviously done and looked everywhere else. Not a big deal, but something that vital should be there for guest.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of starter supplies in the home. At Vacasa, we provide a starter kit of supplies at check-in, which typically includes items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. We have noted this on our end to avoid future complaints. We do hope we will have another chance to host you.
