Welcome to your 1100 ft² clean and comfortable lakefront suite, one of the few south-facing properties directly on beautiful Langford Lake. Perfect for families, couples, and peaceful getaways.

One of the rare south-facing lakefront stays on Langford Lake with full sun, private wharf access, abundant water gear, and an inviting outdoor living space. Ideal for relaxation, fishing, paddling, nature lovers, and families seeking an authentic lakefront retreat.

Please note, there are many stairs on this property, which unfortunately make it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The stairs may also be a danger for very young children.

Langford Lake is great fun and we really hope you enjoy yourself, though please note, no lifeguard on duty at this property.

This was the best vacation rental experience we've ever had. There were so many neat touches that made the stay even better. The location is lovely. The suite was spotless. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Pauline was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She even bought a brand new life jacket for our youngest daughter so we could all go swimming in the lake. The unit was beautiful. The right mixture or charm and amenities. We loved using the little dock and deck to hangout on. I wish we had more time to use the popcorn machine!! I would recommend this place for families or anyone. Pauline is a 5 Star host and a really nice person. A bonus, their Cat, Major is so cuddly. Our kids loved him.

Our stay here was wonderful. The view of the lake right from the main bedroom (which also had a love seat to enjoy the view from) was so beautiful. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake as well. The suite was beautiful and comfortable and extremely well stocked. It exceeded all expectations and I can’t wait to go back.

The accommodations were beautiful. The outside space was very Zen and peaceful. I had my morning coffee on the wharf on the lake and took in all the birds sounds , quite lovely! Pauline is very kind and personable and left an assortment of treats for us to enjoy! I would recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay. Pauline provided us with so many extras when we arrived, including breakfast items and coffee, it was amazing to not have to run out to the store right away. The space was clean and well-appointed, so we felt right at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best part was being on the lake and having a dock we could use for sitting near the water, fishing, or enjoying the use of kayaks and a paddle boat. What a treat to spend our mornings and evenings in this way. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Our stay at this Langford Lake property was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning, south-facing views and the tranquil atmosphere. The property perfectly balances a peaceful nature getaway with modern, luxurious comforts. The highlights of our trip revolved around the private dock. We spent our mornings drinking coffee lakeside. Having direct water access with complimentary kayaks and paddle toys made for endless family fun. Inside, the suite was immaculate, bright, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts have thought of every little detail, from high-quality linens to excellent local recommendations. Location-wise, it is unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to downtown Victoria and walking distance to local trails. We cannot recommend this slice of heaven enough and are already planning our return trip!

This was an amazing stay!! It’s a beautiful suite with every small detail considered to make your stay superior. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The hosts are so thoughtful and detailed that they have the little “extras” you need in case you forget them at home. I will absolutely return with my son to enjoy this suite and the lake. Know that they have ample fishing rods, life jackets, and various water equipment for use off your own private deck. The deck is a good size with seating and a firebowl for roasting marshmallows (marshmallow sticks even available for use). Trust me…the hosts have thought of everything!!! The design of the suite reminds me of a suite that I stayed at in Varenna, Lake Como, Italy. It’s got that Italian and French charm to it that is just so homey and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and you have full access to streaming networks on the TV. Minutes from downtown and minutes from the trail around the lake. So worth it!! You will not regret your stay here.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this cozy, beautifully located lakefront suite! You can tell when a host truly enjoys welcoming people into their home. Pauline’s generosity and responsiveness made us very comfortable, and we really appreciated her thoughtful touches like complimentary treats and ensuring a paddleboat was ready for us if the weather was right! Highly recommend this stay with easy access to downtown Victoria and close to all the amenities, with that gorgeous view of Langford Lake. I felt so relaxed I didn’t wantbto leave!

Pauline was a wonderful host and attentive to our every inquiry. The unit is so quaint with attention to detail, esthetic, and comfort. Beautiful lake views from the bedroom. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Pauline graciously provided a ‘welcome’ starter package that included wine, beer, milk, cream, frozen pizzas along with tea and coffee, It was too cold to make use of the potential for swimming and water toys but we enjoyed the gorgeous recreation trail just down the street. Conveniently located near amenities, a 15 minute drive to Victoria. This unit is a treasure - we will be back!

This stunning lakeside oasis exceeded all expectations, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and exquisite views. The pristine location, spotless amenities and thoughtful touches from the hosts made for an unforgettable getaway. Ending the day by the firepit and watching the sunset was pure magic. This was a true Bed and Breakfast! Not only was there bacon, eggs, delicious bread, butter, orange juice, a welcome bottle of Bubbly plus every condiment and spice you could ever need, but there was a frozen pizza just in case! The location is incredibly peaceful yet only a drive to local spots. Pauline and Terry were amazing hosts - super communicative, friendly, kind and full of information. Pauline even invited me to cut flowers from her beautiful lilac trees that were in full bloom knowing that I had just escaped a snow storm back home! I can't forget to mention the bed overlooking the lake - it's like sleeping on a cloud. I had to take a picture of the pillows so that I can source them for myself. (Sealy!) Do yourself a favor and book here! It is absolute paradise and I highly recommend it to couples, families and even solo travelers like myself. I'll be bringing my husband with me next time to catch some of those fish that kept leaping out of the water.

Clean, quiet, relaxing. Very pleasant host family. Friendly cat. Odd faux horse head peering into the balcony but we got used to that. Comfortable beds and furniture. Board games, books, even a guitar to pass the time. Great hikes nearby: the roughly 3km path around the lake edge is mostly under trees with a wooden boardwalks, even on pontoons for a bit. Saw multiple painted turtles and the biggest tadpoles I’ve ever encountered. We hiked the lake path twice because we liked it. Goldstream park is about 10 minutes away. We hiked to Goldstream falls - take the stream side route rather than the road. VERY quiet. Challenging because of height gain, but beautiful. Niagara Falls is prettier but its hike pales compared to the Goldstream route. Esquimalt Lagoon Migratory Bird Sanctuary is another good hike. We walked barefoot for miles on the Salish sea shore. Birds, ships, breeze. Heavenly.However, my personal favorite thing about this rental was sitting on the love seat in the second bedroom, in the afternoon sun, watching the lake or reading. My wife preferred knitting on the sheltered deck under the horse head’s gaze. Very peaceful. Very relaxing, which was my goal for this vacation.Great place to chill. Great sushi nearby. Friendly hosts. Reasonably close to downtown Victoria. Exactly what we needed.

This was our favorite VRBO experience to date. The place was amazing for our family of four, the location was stunning and the hospitality of our host was next level. We will definitely be back.

There are so many thoughtful touches on the property. You can tell that the host really cares about the guest's experience. I would love to come back here next time I am in Victoria.

Lovely stay on Langford Lake! We were in Victoria for four nights to celebrate our anniversary. We were very happy with our accommodations, location and the gracious hospitality of Pauline! We drove up to Duncan to see the Hand of Man museum, Butchart Gardens, downtown Victoria and the Inner Harbour. All were easy trips from this home as well as a variety of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We enjoyed the kayaking and walking the trails around the lake. We also enjoyed the porch and deck down by the water. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy! Pauline left a few treats and many thoughtful touches. I highly recommend!
