Step into your private retreat with an inviting living space that includes a queen pullout sofa, a well-equipped full modern kitchen, and a covered patio that leads right to the Resort's 10 acre beautiful manicured grounds. PLUS no stairs needed!

Bedroom: King bed with streaming TV and ensuite with soaker tub.
Living room: Spacious and open concept w/ Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) and streaming TV + natural gas fireplace.
Modern Kitchen: Fully outfitted for cooking, with all the essentials you need. Includes all stainless steel higher end appliances such as fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave.
Dining: Large table plus bar seating - space for six is easily available.
Bathrooms: Two full baths - including an ensuite with a relaxing soaker tub.
Patio: Covered and private, with a gas BBQ and direct access to lawn/green space.

This Unit is located on the beautiful Oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort on Vancouver Island. It is literally on Resort Drive right beside the famous Ti-Na-Mara, Grotto Spa. During your stay, you will have access to many of the Resort amenities at no charge. This Unit is equipped with Keyless entry. There is no need to check in with the front desk as we are your Hosts and will provide you with your own personalized door code to gain access.
Other things to note:
This is a Main floor A Unit that can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Both the A Unit and B Unit are listed and available for booking individually or together (if you need more space). Please reach out, and we will assist.
This is a family-friendly resort - please, no parties or loud gatherings.
For any booking over 15 business days, you will have to sign a rental agreement with a $300 security deposit.
Whether you're planning a family retreat, a romantic escape, or a working vacation - this getaway offers everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay. We can’t wait to host you!

To all our Guests please explore Rathtrevor Beach and if you have little ones to please make sure you visit the playground at Parksville Beach. It is like Disneyworld but Free!!!
If you are a professional golfer or an amateur like me - please check out our local golf courses. They range from reasonably priced to more luxurious. We love to play 9 holes at Brigadoon Golf Course in Parksville. If you are looking for more PGA style pricing check out Fairwinds or Morningstar.

Located on Resort Drive which has a great pathway to walk or ride your bike along. Resort drive in itself has lots of family-friendly things to do all within walking distance from Sunrise Ridge including; Spas, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats Aracade. Ice cream shop, Restaurants and more!
Plus, there is 7 kms of coastline along Craig Bay and adjacent Rathtrevor Beach for you to explore. We recommend bringing your water shoes to help you over the rocky areas. Don't worry, there is literally miles of sandy beach to explore!
