A very short walk to the beach! The rooms were a good size and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The host also responded quickly to any messages.

Property was very out dated. Needs a nice upgrade/face lift. Master shower was hard to work and adjust to the correct temperature. Master shower tub looked gross. Master bedroom room vent leaked droplets of water sporadically throughout our stay. Dishwasher smelled horrible. Ottoman in the living should be thrown out. Furniture in general wasn’t appealing. Towels smelled like a combination of cigarettes and laundry detergent. Location was perfect to the beach! Was nice to have the pool close as well, but would not recommend if you have small children who go to bed early because being right next to it was super loud at night. Other than the actual specifics of the property, the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable.

Very close to the beach, with only about a 100 yard walk through a parking lot. We really appreciated not having to cross a busy road with having 4 kids in tow. The ability to leave the loaded beach carts on the back patio was also a massive benefit. The pool is right next to the unit so you do hear people partying in the pool if they're loud, but during our week there it was always quiet by 11pm so it did not become a problem. Excellent communication with the host and their cleaning service. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is on a cul-de-sac and about 5 minute walk from door to beach. The house is right next to the pool as well - good (super easy access) and bad (other guests can be loud in pool). Not a lot of parking available as parking garage was closed. Bring your own hand towels (they don’t supply) and extra toilet paper (only one roll supplied in each bathroom). The WiFi went out about half way through our stay. Owners very nice and communicative. A/c worked great - dual zone. 3 floors was nice. Blinds didn’t block a lot of light from the sun - if sun wakes you, be prepared to use a sheet to supplement the blinds. Fridge and stove worked well. Pots and pans very old and don’t have any non stick left. Showers were great. Pool has two outdoor feed and overhead beach wash offs. Lots of tvs in each room. Dishwasher worked well - washer and dryer worked fine. Some beach chairs and cooler. Was family oriented complex and seemed very safe. Centrally located. 15-20 min drive gets you to outlets , boardwalk, Walmart and food stores close. Good amount of towels and wash cloths provided. Beds were very comfortable. Sofas comfortable. Upstairs/3rd floor had sofa and was a nice reading nook. All in all it was a great stay with exception of Internet going out - which host offered to refund me 20 as that is what my cellphone hotspot cost me.
