PARKING INFORMATION:
- There is parking for 2 cars only; one in the garage (no larger than a mini van) and one car parked parallel on the concrete pad.
- No parking on street or grass is allowed. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense. This is an HOA rule.
- The development does not allow motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs, or commercial vehicles anywhere in the neighborhood. There is no additional parking available for these types of vehicles.

>>Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required surprise costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
>>Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
>>Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
>>Can I smoke on the premises? Smoking is not allowed inside this home; however, you can smoke at the exterior as long as you use the cigarette receptacles at the front and back of the home.
>>Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
>>Do you provide food, condiments, coffee, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.
>>Are there any external security cameras? Yes, for guest security, external cameras monitor the driveway, front porch, and back door; they are always recording.
>>How many cars can I park at the house? Parking is available for 2 cars max; there is a 1 car garage and room on the concrete pad in front for 1 other vehicle. There is absolutely no street parking available, and parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
