🛏️The Space:

Located in the premier neighborhood within the confines of North Beach Resort & Villas, this beautifully appointed four bedroom, three bathroom home has everything you need to enjoy a truly extraordinary vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two-car garage and covered patios in the front and back of the home. The bedding arrangement is two kings and three queens. This unit accommodates 12 people.

North Beach Resort & Villas will be completing upgrades and improvements throughout the property from September 2026 through May 2027.

As part of our continued efforts to maintain and enhance the resort, these projects will involve work on building exteriors, unit balconies, pool facilities, and other common areas. Due to the scope of the work, certain units, balconies, pools, and common areas may be temporarily unavailable at various times.

During this period, you may see construction equipment, contractors, and workers throughout the resort. You may also experience construction-related noise during active working hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve and enhance North Beach Resort & Villas. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciate your cooperation during this time.

The pictures do not do this property justice! It was the perfect house for a beach getaway with friends. Having access to all the resort amenities was a huge plus and the community was gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back :)

The place was excellent overall, and the price was very good for what you get. The floors could have used a little more attention when it came to cleaning, but it was a minor issue and didn’t take away from our stay. My family and I really enjoyed the location and all of the amenities. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

We had a great family vacation in this spacious, modern Myrtle Beach villa. The house had plenty of room for our family of five, plus grandparents and my sister. The resort management was responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue and brought us additional basic items (e.g., paper towels) when needed. The unit could have been cleaner; some pans were dirty and the carpet needs to be refreshed. But overall we had a great time!
