Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder.
